- Every 12,000 km, when the vehicle should be
serviced according to scheduled maintenance, it

driven pulley roller casing.

grease should be applied manually on the roller
surface.

Inspecting the driven sliding half-pulley
- Remove the two internal grommets and the two
O-rings.
- Measure the movable half-pulley bushing inside
diameter.
- Check that the faying surface with the belt is not
abnormally worn.
- Check the riveted joints are functional.
- Check the evenness of the belt faying surface.
