Cause
Vacuum regulator valve
incorrectly adjusted.
Remedy
Adjust in accordance
with Adjustments of
this section.
Vacuum regulator valve
sticking
or dirty
screen.
Faulty gauge.
Clean
and
check opera-
tion of regulator
valve.
Replace gauge.
Aircraft Serial
Numbers 32-7100001
and
32-7140001
and above.
No vacuum gauge indica-
tion at instrument.
Filter clogged or
dirty.
Clean or replace filter.
Line
from
gyro to
filter restricted.
Check line.
No vacuum
gauge
indica-
tion
at instrument
or
source.
Low
vacuum
system
pressure.
Faulty gauge and/ or
malfunctioning
pump.
Filter dirty.
Replace gauge.
Replace pump.
Clean or replace filter.
Vacuum regulator valve
incorrectly
adjusted.
Line from gyros to
filter restricted.
Line from
pump to gyros
leaking.
Adjust
regulator
valve
in accordance with
Adjustments
in
this
section.
Repair line.
Check
all lines
and
fittings.
Normal pressure indica-
tion but sluggish operation
of instruments.
Faulty
instrument. Replace
instrument.
