PILOT'S REMOTE
SWITCH.
A pilot's

to be controlled
from inside the cabin.
The switch is
locked into
each position.
To move
the switch, the
toggle must
be pulled out
and moved
to
the
new desired

early models

remote switch
is placarded
"ON,"
"ARM,"
"OFF RESET."
If the pilot's remote
switch has been
placed in the "ON"
position
for
any reason,
the "OFF RESET"
position
must be
selected for
one second
before the
switch is
placed in the
"ARM"
position. On
later models
the pilot's
remote switch
is
placarded
"ON/RESET"
and "ARM
(NORMAL
POSITION)."
The switch
is normally
left in
the down
or "ARM"
position.
To turn the
transmitter
off, move
the switch
to the
"ON/RESET"
position for
one second then
return it
to the "ARM"
position. To
actuate the
transmitter
for tests
or other reasons,
