Adding postage
1.
In the Home screen, tap Postage .
2. Enter the amount of postage you want to add to your device. The postage balance cannot
exceed $1,000. The device will display an error message if you try to refill beyond the limit.
3. Tap Add Postage.
When you add postage using a credit card as the payment method, a 3.5% administrative fee will be
added. When you use a Reserve Account or Purchase Power as the payment method, there is no
administrative fee.
Changing your USPS payment method
How you change your postage payment method depends on which method you currently use:

Credit card
l
Purchase Power
l
Reserve Account
Credit card
If you currently use a credit card as your postage payment method for SendPro Mailstation, and you
wish to
l
change to a different credit card or
l
update your credit card information,
then you can make these changes in SendPro Online. See Changing your USPS payment method in
SendPro Online.
If you currently use a credit card and wish to change to Purchase Power or a Reserve Account, use
the Contact Us options below.

If you currently use Purchase Power and wish to change your payment method, use the Contact Us
options below.
