Attachment A. Warranty
1. The manufacturer of Plasmapp Co., Ltd. warrants the product of STERLINK mini sterilizer to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date.
2. For any defects found in manufacturing or in normal use, the warranty can be applied. To be eligible for the
warranty, the defects should be identified and notified to the manufacturer.
3. The warranty does not apply to repairs or replacements required because of accident, misuse, neglect, failure
to maintain in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification, or cause other than ordinary use.
4. For (i) any portion of the product modified after the delivery; (ii) where the serial numbers have been removed
or altered after the delivery; (iii) where the recommended operating and maintenance procedures have not been
followed; (iv) to normal wear and tear; (v) damage due natural disasters or fire, the warranty does not apply.
5. Even if the warranty period is available but not within the scope of the warranty, all reparations can be done
with additional fees.
