8. Install the nut retaining the isolator mount to the
chassis on the lower LH side and torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Transmission Isolator Mount Fasteners
27 ft-lbs (37 N·m)
9. Install the screw retaining the isolator mount to the
chassis on the lower RH side and torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Transmission Isolator Mount Fasteners
27 ft-lbs (37 N·m)
10.Install the upper RH frame support and torque screws
to specification.
TORQUE
Upper RH Frame Joint Screws
Torque in Sequence:
Step 1: 5 ft-lbs (7 N·m)
Step 2: 65 ft-lbs (88 N·m)
11. Install the rear propshaft and torque the retaining
bolts to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Propshaft Bolts
22 ft-lbs (30 N·m)
12.Reverse the transmission removal procedure to
complete the installation.
13.Clean the drain plug magnetic surface.
14.Reinstall drain plug with a new O-ring and torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Transmission Drain / Fill Plug
14 ft-lbs (19 N·m)
15.Add the recommended amount of lubricant through
the fill plug hole. Maintain the lubricant level at the
bottom of the fill plug hole when filling the
transmission. Do not overfill.
FLUID CAPACITY
Recommended Transmission Lubricant:
Polaris AGL Gearcase Lubricant
Capacity:
37 oz. (1100 ml)
16.Reinstall fill plug with a new O-ring and torque to
specification.
TORQUE

14 ft-lbs (19 N·m)
