REAR BUMPER
REAR BUMPER REMOVAL
1. Loosen the (2) upper mounting bolts
q
retaining the
rear bumper to the rear rack support.
2. Remove the (2) upper hitch mounting bolts
w
retaining the rear bumper to the rear hitch weld.
Retain bolts.
3. Remove the rear bumper from the rear rack support /
rear hitch weld.
REAR BUMPER INSTALLATION
1. Rest upper mounts into tubes on rear rack support.
Do NOT tighten.
2. Align lower bumper mount with upper hitch mounting
holes and tighten (2) upper hitch bolts
q
by hand.
Torque bolts to specification.
TORQUE
Hitch Mounting Bolts (Upper / Lower)
18 ft-lbs (24 N·m)
BODY / FRAME
