If a unit has no power, always remember to check the power outlet to verify incoming 208/240 AC
voltage and the power supply. The control board is powered by the 12V DC given by the power supply.
If incoming AC voltage from the wall or outgoing DC from the power supply are not present,
further troubleshooting is required with the components.
If the oven will not power on and the incoming 12V DC from the power supply has been
verified, the control board is faulty and will need to be replaced.
Speaker
The speaker provides audible feedback to the oven operator, for example when a cook cycle is
completed.
Testing the Speaker
If the speaker is no longer audible, check the speaker wires to make sure they are secure the
terminals. If wires are secure, check the wires for DC voltage coming from the control board. If DC
voltage is present, replace the speaker.
If the speaker sound is very faint, the speaker will need to be replaced.
