CC/IR Temperature Sensors
The Copa Express oven utilizes two type J temperature sensors. The sensors are responsible for
registering the temperature for the cook cavity and IR element and relaying the information to the
main control board.
Testing Temperature Sensors
If one of the sensors has a problem, the oven continues to work; however, in the display appear the
fault message: ALERT - SENSOR - TURN OFF AND ON THE OVEN.
When an error in both sensors occurs, the board will stop the operation of the oven and will display
the following fault message on the screen: ERROR - SENSORS - CALL THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
