Frequency Inverter Troubleshooting
The frequency inverter is in constant communication with the electronic board. If the control board
registers a problem (ex. Lost communication), the control board resets the inverter to fix the problem.
The electronic board will try to reestablish the communication with the frequency inverter. If the
reset fixes the issue, the oven will continue with regular functioning.
If the communication is not immediately restored, the main control board will attempt to reset the
inverter ten times before an error message on the screen as shown below.
Frequency inverter errors
The main control board will keep a counting log of the failures that occur in the inverter. To know this
information, follow the steps below:
1) Inside the Option Screens, click on the icon “Settings” and insert the password from
manufacturer: 459381.
2) Go to menu “COUNTERS” and select “FAULTS”.
3) The following screen will appear showing the inverter error count.
