EMI Filter
The EMI Filter helps suppress the amount of RF interface through the electrical system that is emitted
by the microwave circuit. The EMI filter is installed on back of the unit below the blower motor.
Testing EMI Filter
To test the EMI Filter, test across both terminals for incoming and outgoing AC voltage to verify that
the voltage is passing through correctly.
1) Remove rear panel from unit.
2) Measure voltage across both input terminals (should be (208 or 240V).
3) Measure voltage across both output terminals, if the voltage is the same as input, the EMI
Filter is good. If the voltage is different by a large margin, replace the EMI Filter.
