2.5.3 28002 Rack Mount Adapter Kit
The 28002 Rack Mount Kit (RM20A-28002) attaches to the 28002 chassis and secures the
chassis in a standard 19 inch instrument rack with adjustable rear mounting plates for rack
depth from 19.5 inches to 25.5 inches. See Figure 23.
The 28002 Rack Mount Kit (RM20A-28002) includes the following components:
• 2 Front Mounting Brackets
• 2 Rear Mounting Plates
• 2 Rear Mounting Brackets with threaded screw inserts
• 4 #6 Flat Washers
• 4 Internal Tooth Lock Washers
• 4 6-32 x 1/2 Phillips Pan Head Screws

To mount the 28002 Rack Mount Kit:
Step 1
Remove the two front bumpers.
Each bumper is retained with two 6-32 black screws and two 6-32 black at
washers. Save the four screws, four washers and the two bumpers, see Figure 24.
