Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit the Set Default Workout
Time.
Press the key to go to the next
setting.
SET MAX WORKOUT TIME will scroll across the display
Press the GO key to select setting.
Use the INPUT UP or INPUT DOWN keys to select the maximum time a user
can remain in a program.
The range is 1 to 90 minutes, if 90 minutes is selected, No Limit time option will be
available.
Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit the Set Max Workout
Time.
Press the key to go to the next
setting.
SET MAX RESISTANCE will scroll across the display.
Press the GO key to select setting.
Use the INPUT UP or INPUT DOWN keys to select the maximum resistance
level.
The range for resistance level is 1-20
Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit Set Max Resistance.
Press the key to go to the next
setting.
SET MAX CROSSRAMP will scroll across the display.
Press the GO key to select setting.
Use the INPUT UP or INPUT DOWN keys to select the maximum crossramp
level.
The range for crossramp level is 1-20
Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit Set Max Crossramp.
Press the key to go to the next
setting.
Set Max Pause Time will scroll across the display.
Press the GO key to select setting.
Use the INPUT UP or INPUT DOWN keys to select the maximum pause time.
*The available options are:
None (Meaning it will stay paused indefinitely until the person pushes
Reset or resumes their workout. Infinite)
5 seconds
30 seconds (default)
1 minute
2 minutes
5 minutes
*Note: The 30 second default time will be the longest length of Pause time
available unless the optional external power supply is being used.
Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit Set Max Pause Time.
Press the key to go to the next
setting.
SET MAX COOL DOWN TIME will scroll across the display.
Press the GO key to select setting.
Use the INPUT UP or INPUT DOWN keys to select the maximum pause
time.
The range is 0-5 minutes.
Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit Set Max Cool Down Time.
Press the WORKOUTS/PROGRAMS
key to exit Club Settings Menu.
