Setup
1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Adjust the seat height so the handles are slightly above your shoulders.
Exercise
Grasp both handles.
Extend your arms in a slow, controlled motion while keeping your back
firmly against the pad.
Pause at full extension.
Slowly return to the start position.
