GSCPORTSTAT
This mid-level data structure creates the tags to organize and hold all port status
data available from each port of the module. This data structure includes the bit-
mapped Error/Configuration Word tags created by the GSCDATA (page 95)
UDT. This mid-level structure is used to create the higher-level structure,
GSCSTATUS.
