Press t he reset butt on for 10 seconds; you w ill hear two beeps at the t hird and t he t ent h
seconds. The NAS will reset all t he system settings t o default as it does by web- based
system reset in “Adm inist rat ion” > “ Rest ore t o Factory Default ” except all t he dat a are
reserved. The settings such as t he users, user groups, and t he net work share folders
previously creat ed will be cleared. To retrieve t he old dat a after t he advanced system reset ,
creat e t he sam e network share folders on t he NAS and the data will be accessible again.
