In the example below, the Lowpass Bandwidth Filter is OFF:
Turning the filter on to 60 Hz dramatically reduces the noise and enhances the detail. It is now clear,
exactly when the beam intercepts the phantom. The periodic beam attenuation by the patient couch is now
easily recognized.

