Basic functions
Each FANS383 is embedded with 2 fans.
Support hot swapping.
Each device must use 3 FANS383.
Support manually configuring the rotational speed to 4 gears.
Alarm
monitoring
Support speed feedback.
Support in-position monitoring.
Support fan fault alarms, including the alarm of decrease of the
rotational speed due to fan stopping rotating and fan aging.
