This chapter introduces basic information about the MSG1200 in aspects of the characteristic and network application.
The MSG1200 is an integrated access gateway device designed for SOHO, which provides Local Area Network (LAN) access.
LEDs are located on the top view of the MSG1200. Figure 2-2, Figure 2-3, and Figure 2-4 show LEDs.
Table 3-3 lists security functions and features supported by the MSG1200.
Table 3-4 lists management and maintenance functions and features supported by the MSG1200.
Before installing the MSG1200, you must confirm the following matters.
