Condensation breaker steam
In order to guide the steam from the vent pipe of the quenching box into
a ventilation hood without affecting the humidity control we offer the
below accessories.

All pipes of the condensation breaker are made of stainless
steel for use also on gas units steam vent pipe only.
Extension of this pipe shall not be longer than 1m (40”).

Energy optimising
Energy optimization is used for electro-thermal and general electrical devices in a large-scale catering
establishment.
Industrial customers pay electricity rate according to a maximum of Power consumption. Should the amp draw
exceed a set maximum the power supply company will charge a higher premium per KWh. In order to avoid this
current peak a surveillance system (energy optimising) is connected to the Power meter which will disconnect
individual consumers for a certain time according to a preset priority list. For this purpose these consumers are
connected to this system with a signal “energy demand ON”. The feed back signal will be interrupted if needed.
SCC:
Ethernet connectivity is a standard feature of all SCC units with Index I from 06/2017..
The retrot kit for older SCC units Index H can be ordered with part number 87.01.004.
CM_P:
When ordering an CM_P unit with option Ethernet, a second PCB will mounted on top of the main PCB.
The retrot kit for CM_P Index I can be ordered with part number 87.01.420.
The retrot kit for CM_P Index H can be ordered with part number 87.01.189.
Ethernet Connection/ConnectedCooking
In North America this is Extremely Rarely used or seen.
We use the Pcb that supports this for all Electric units, and thus the X20 pcb jumper
bypassing this function. If this function is enabled, a symbol of a will be displayed.
The main pcb since 9/2011 has the ethernet connector to support this, during installation it is required if
the customer has a ethernet port in the area to route and run the customer supplied cable and check
connectivity.
The CMP has no advanced features in ConnectedCooking ONLY HACCP data is stored.
