LOGICA DI CONTROLLO UMIDITA’
Il sistema MP 2000 controlla l’umidità ambiente utilizzando
un sensore posto sulla ripresa aria dell’unità. I valori si
riferiscono ai Set di fabbrica, essi possono essere modifi-
cati a secondo delle esigenze dell’impianto, dopo aver
inserito la password.

I set sono i seguenti:
yK Setpoint humidity (50%rH)
Setpoint del valore di umidità media deside-
rata.
ydz1 Step dehumidification Stage On (10%rH)
Gradino di attivazione per lo stadio di deumi-
dificazione (*).
yD1 Step dehumidification differential (5%rH)
Differenziale di umidità per lo stadio di deu-
midificazione (*).
ydz2 Step humidification Stage On (10%rH)
Gradino di attivazione per lo stadio di un
umidificatore ON/OFF esterno.
yD2 Step humidification differential (5%
°rH)
Differenziale di umidità per lo stadio di un
umidificatore ON/OFF esterno.
yPe1 Integrated humidifier Max capacity
(10%rH)
Valore di umidità dove l’umidificatore incor-
porato produce la massima quantità di vapo-
re impostata nei "Program sets" come
"Humidity Production".
La produzione di vapore si riduce in modo
proporzionale avvicinandosi al Setpoint, dove
si ha il valore minimo che equivale al 30% della
potenza nominale impostata nei "General
Parameters" come "Nominal production".
Esempio:
Nominal production = 5 Kg/h
Humidity Production = 3,5 Kg/h
Produzione di vapore quando l’umidità am-
biente è il 40% rH = 3,5 Kg/h (100% del set
"Humidity production").
Produzione di vapore quando l’umidità am-
biente è il 50% rH = 1.5 Kg/h (30% di nominal

HUMIDITY CONTROL LOGIC
The MP 2000 system controls the room humidity through a
sensor located on the air intake of the unit.
The values refer to the factory settings and may be modi-
fied, according to plant requirements, after inserting the
password.
The sets are the following:
yK Set point humidity (50% rH)
Set point of the desired average humidity
value.
ydz1 Step dehumidification Stage On (10% rH)
Activation step of the dehumidification stage
(*).
yD1 Step dehumidification differential (5%
r.H.)
Humidity differential of the dehumidification
stage (*).
ydz2 Step dehumidification Stage On (10% rH)
Activation step for an external ON/OFF hu-
midifier stage.
yD2 Step humidification Differential (5% r.H.)
Humidity differential for an external ON/OFF
humidifier stage.
yPe1 Integrated humidifier Max capacity

Humidity value for which the built-in humidi-
fier produces the maximum quantity of steam
set in the "Program sets" as "Humidity pro-
duction".
Steam production is proportionally reduced
when approaching the set point, determin-
ing a minimum value equal to 30% of the
nominal power set in the "General Param-
eters" as "Nominal production".
Example:
Nominal production = 5 kg/h
Humidity production = 3.5 kg/h
Steam production when the room humidity
is 40%, rH = 3.5 kg/h (100% of the set
“Humidity production”).
