9.2 Image of the measured code
The code image shown in the lower centre of the screen permits a visual assessment
to be made. The control buttons in the left-hand half of the window can be used to
show specific code properties and
reflectance behaviour in greater
detail. Point-based measurement
of reflectance at any position in
the code image is possible by
using a spot measurement.
Further details are given in the
following chapters.
Icon functions for highlighting and displaying
measurement image details are described in section 8.2.
The display of errors that are handled by error correction (UEC grading) is activated
using the icon for the error module display.
This icon is active only if error correction had to be used (UEC downgrading).
Activating this function marks the erroneous modules in the code's evaluation image
with red-coloured dots. Typically, matrix cells are identified as dark instead of bright,
or vice versa.
