Sprayboom Folding In - Operation:
Folding the boom into the cradle position requires the
following steps:
1. Raise the entire boom up to the maximum height
using the parallel up/down switch.
2. Fold the left and right hand outer tips (if equipped)
with the left and right 180º fold switches.
3. Raise the left hand and right hand sprayboom com-
pletely using the left and right hand wing up/down
switches.
4. Fold the left and then the right hand wings around
using the left and right wing fold switches until the
wing is positioned over the cradles. Folding at the
same time may cause the tips to touch each other.
5. Lower the left and right hand wings into the cradles
using the left and right wing up/down switches.
6. Replace the cradle pin to lock the wing into the cradle
for transport.
7. Re-install the parallel cylinder locks.
Do not apply excessive down pressure to wings when
lowering into cradles.

Disengage the hydraulic control valve connected to the
Directional Stack when transporting or when boom move-
ment is not needed. Failure to disengage the hydraulics
may allow the boom to move without activating the boom
control switches.
