Changing an E-mail Destination
This section describes how to change an e-mail destination.
A Press [System Settings].
B Press [Administrator Tools].
C Press [TNext].
D Press [Address Book Management].
E Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
F Select the name whose e-mail address you want to change.
Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
If you press , you can search by the registered name, user code, fax number,
folder name, e-mail address, or IP-Fax destination.
G Press [E-mail].
H Press [Change] under E-mail Address.
I Enter the e-mail address, and then press [OK].
J Press [OK].
