Fax Destination
This section describes how to register, change, and delete a fax destination.
Registering a Fax Destination
This section describes how to register a fax number.
A Press [System Settings].
B Press [Administrator Tools].
C Press [TNext].
D Press [Address Book Management].
E Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
F Select the name whose fax destination you want to register. Press the name
key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
If you press , you can search by the registered name, user code, fax number,
folder name, e-mail address, or IP-Fax destination.
G Press [Fax Dest.].
H Enter the fax number using the number keys, and then press [OK] under
"Facsimile No.".
I Specify optional settings such as “SUB Code”, “SEP Code”, and “Interna-
tional TX Mode”.
