4.11 MAIN DRIVE
4.11.1 MAIN DRIVE TIMING BELT ADJUSTMENT
After the timing belt is replaced, correct belt tension must be applied.
Rear cover ( Covers / Boards - Rear Cover)
MPU ( Covers / Boards - MPU)
PSU ( Covers / Boards - PSU)
1. Loosen the screws [A], [B], and [C].
2. Move the tension roller [D] to the right with a screwdriver [E] as shown.
3. Tighten the screws [A], [B], and [C].
4. Remove the screwdriver.
4.11.2 MAIN MOTOR PULLEY POSITION
After putting the pulley back on the main motor shaft, refer to the above illustration for the
correct position of the pulley.
