0: Off. Files received via SMTP are output immediately without delivery.
1: On. Files received via SMTP are delivered immediately to their destinations.

This setting determines whether the signature is attached or not on files received
with SMTP protocol.
0: Off.
1: On.

Selects the encryption for SMTP RX files ON/OFF when the address encryption
