Shooting Close-ups (Macro)
The camera focuses to the range of 12 to 24 cm from the front edge of the
lens.
1 Press a (s) in the shooting mode.
The camera enters the macro mode and the
macro icon appears on the shooting screen.
2 Shoot.
To cancel the macro mode, press a again.

• The macro mode can be set to [On] or [Off] in [Macro Mode] of the A4/B4 menu.
• When [Focus] is set to [Snap] or [Z], [Select AF] is applied.

• When [Focus] is set to [MF], pressing a enables focus distance adjustment. (p.60) To enter the
macro mode, set [Macro Mode] in the A4/B4 menu.
