4. Click Add to save your settings and return to the Phone Group List
screen.
Modifying a Phone Group
To modify a phone group,
1. In the Phone Group List screen, click the group which you wish to modify.
2. In the Modify a Group Set screen, enter your changes and then click
Update to save your settings and return to the Phone Group List screen.
Deleting a Phone Group
To delete a phone group,
1. In the Phone Group List screen, click Delete beneath the group number
which you wish to delete.
2. A Confirmation dialog box is prompted. Click Yes to delete or No to
cancel.
