Observe the Lock signal. If the Lock signal is not acquired continuously for 10
seconds (10 times), rotation is judged as abnormal.
Corresponding Buffer Pass Unit fan defective
Harness broken
Connector disconnect
Replace the defective Buffer Pass Unit fan.
Reconnect the connector.

Home position sensor does not become ON.
 Connector disconnection

Check if the SC occurs by turning the power OFF then ON. If the SC occurs again,
do the following steps. Check if the SC reoccurs by cycling the power after each
step.
1. Perform the sensor input check. (SP5-803-240)
 Changed to 1: Proceed to checking of the motor – related parts.
 Remains 0: Proceed to checking of the sensor-related parts.
Checking of the motor-related parts
1. Reconnect the connector on the IOB.
2. Reconnect or replace the revolver motor.
3. Replace the IOB

1. Reconnect or replace the sensor connector.
2. Reconnect the connector on the IOB.
