1. Download and extract the latest
Firmware from the RICOH
Website

2. Connect the printer and
computer with an Ethernet cable
before configuring the settings.
3. Check the printer's IP address.
4. Launch a user preferred Web
browser.
5. In the address bar, enter
"http://(printer's IP address or
host name)/".
