Function Set the phase deviation of PM in degree.
Explanation Phase deviation range: 0° to 360°

Function Query the phase deviation of PM.
Return Value The query returns the phase deviation of PM in scientific notation
and in degree, such as: 1.800000e+02.

Function Disable or enable PM function.
