5 Bank Separate/Bank Joined
By default, the first 20 channels of this module are in “Bank Joined” state
(namely the bank switch in Figure 2-23 is closed and the control interface is as
shown in Figure 2-24
). At this point, this module can only be used for 2-wire
connection. Press Page Dn Bank Sepa to execute the “Bank Separate”
operation (namely disconnect the bank switch in
Figure 2-23 and the control
interface is as shown in Figure 2-25). At this point, this module is divided into
two independent banks and can be used for 4-wire connection. When it is used
for 4-wire resistance measurement, the instrument pairs channel n and channel
n+10 automatically (wherein, n is an integer between 1 and 10). Channel n is
used to connect the source terminal of DMM and channel n+10 is used to
connect the sense terminal of DMM.
