Setting the date
When you turn on the meter for the first time (or after a long period without power), the input
field for the date automatically appears first. The date (and time) must be entered before the
meter can be used further. If at a later time a date adjustment is needed, go to the Setup
menu, then select the input field of choice.
1 From the main menu screen, touch
Setup.
2 From the Setup menu screen, touch
Screen.
3 From the Screen menu screen, touch
Date/Time.
4 From the Date/Time menu screen, touch
Set Date to set the date.
5 Touch or to set the year, then
the month, then the day.
6 When you have entered all settings, touch
(OK) to save, or touch (Cancel)
to cancel this procedure. The program
automatically returns to the Date/Time
menu.
Note: If the Setup menu appeared
automatically after turning the meter on,
you must press to complete the first
date setting.
7 Touch the back arrow to return to
the Screen menu screen.
