Auto off
You can set up your CoaguChek XS Plus meter so that it turns itself off automatically if it
has not been used (no buttons pressed or tests run) for a period of time you select. Use this
feature to save power and extend the life of the batteries.
4 Touch or to select the time of
choice in minutes or to turn the feature off.
5 When you have made your selection,
touch
(OK) to save, or touch
(Cancel) to cancel this procedure. The
program automatically returns to the
Options menu.
You may select from the following options:
n Off (meter never turns itself off)
n Time until meter turns itself off:
1...10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes
1 From the main menu screen, touch
Setup.
2 From the Setup menu screen, touch
Options.
3 From the Options menu screen, touch
Auto Off.
