Depending on the circumstances, an error message may appear on the display of your meter.
Error messages can have up to three warning levels as indicated by the following symbols
and their meanings.

Error messages users might see during normal testing are included, but not limited to, the
examples on the following pages.
Your first step upon receiving an error message should be to try the solution suggested for
that error. If the problem persists, please call Roche Diagnostics Technical Service Center at
1-800-428-4674, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
