T his is where VO ll neeel to connect the supplieel power
aelapter (PSB-1U) . Note that vo u can also purehase
10 rechargeable AA- t vpe Ni-MH bat t eries aneluse
the FR-3 x wi thout the aelapter.
@) MIDI OUT/IN socket
This socket can be L1seel to receive or transmit MIDI
elata.
@) OUTPUT L/MONO (TREBLE) & R/MONO (BASS)
sockets
These sockets can be connecteel to an amplifier, a
l11ixing console or a wireless svstem. If vo u use both
connectors,
th e FR-3x's output is stereo. In that case
the signals of the Treble section is transmitteel to the
L/ MON O socket, while the R/MONO socket transmits
t
he bass (anel chorel) signal. If VO U onlV us e one Jack
(connecteel to the T' or "R" soc ketl, the FR - 3x's out-
put

Using these sockets and s wi tching off t he FR-3 x's spea k ers
(see "Sp eaker Mode" on p. 55) allows you to save bat t ery
power.
® PHONES socket
Th is is where VOll can connect stereo heaelphones
(Rolanel RH-2S, RH-SO, RH-200 or RH-300).
