If VOU hold down [ORGAN!ORCHESTRA] for more than 2
seconds wi thout pressing another regist er , the FR-3x
switches to demo song mode. In that case, press [ORGAN!
ORCHESTRA] again to leave del110 song Illode, then con-
tinue wi th st ep l .
2, Start playing in the left-hand section to
hear the drum and percussion sounds.

Playing only bass notes with your
left hand (Free Bass mode)
In Free Bass made, all buttans of the left-hand key-
baard-incl uding the chard buttans- play bass notes.
1, To select (or leave) Free Bass mod e, simlilta-
neously press the three bass registers
labeled "FREE BASS" .
[NOTE]
The nUl11bers shown in the illustration above do not appear
on the registers t hel11sel ves. T hev have been added for vo ur
reference.
T he digit in t he mid d le star ts flashing to in d icate that
Free Bass made has been activated :
Flashes
If it does not flash, VOll are not/no longer in Free Bass
made.

2. Use the Bass registers to sel ec t another reg-
istration (if necessary).
