5. If necessary, press the [SELECT] button to make fine adjustments to the trigger type
parameters.
For more detailed information about each parameter, refer to the Parameter List.
For more detailed instructions on using the buttons, refer to "How to Set the Trigger
Parameters" (p. 26).
6. Press the [METRONOME] button to return to the normal tempo screen.

To set the sound and sensitivity for the head, strike the pad head. The Trigger 1 indicator
flashes.
8. Make the PAD INST and PAD SENS settings for the head.
When adjusting the rim sensitivity, follow the procedure starting at Step 5 to adjust
the Rim Sensitivity. PAD SENS is disabled in the rim settings.
9. To set the rim sound, strike the pads rim portion. The Trigger 2 indicator flashes.
10. Make the PAD INST setting for the rim.
PAD INST No. 4, 6, and 11 are the most suitable sounds for rim shots (p. 16)
