1. Motor
(1) A part of the motor heat is transmitted through the motor case. So keep the motor case clean.
(2) The motor must cool down naturally if it is too hot.
2. Controller
(1) The cooling device of the controller is aluminum plate. So keep clean.
(2) Don’t touch the battery fluid and any other corrosive liquid.
3. Battery
(1) It is normal for the battery to be hot during charging. The battery will cool down naturally after the
charging stops or the car stops.
(2) There will be “warm frost” in north China in winter. Keep dry during charging and the “white smoke” is
4. Charging machine
1. Overheat protection: when the internal temperature is over 75℃, the charging current will reduce automatically; when the temperature is over 85℃, the charging
machine will shut down for protection and will automatically restore charging when the temperature drops.
2. Short-circuit protection: when accident short circuit happens in the output of the charging machine, the charging machine will automatically shut down the output.
It will restore the charging 10 seconds after the removal of the faults.
3. Reverse-battery protection: when the battery is connected reversely, the charging machine will cut off the connection between the internal circuit and the battery.
And there will be no charging and no damage.
The charging machine is equipped with three-hole socket and is applicable for the plug base with ground cable. If the battery doesn’t function well or is
damaged, please pull out the power plug and the port of the charging machine immediately and contact with the local dealer. Don’t disassemble the machine. The
casual removal of the machine cover may lead to electric shock or other injuries. The machine is equipped with external radiating fin. The radiating area must be kept
clean to avoid unsmooth heat radiation which will influence the charging effect. Don’t cool down the machine with cold water when the machine heats.
