(5) Do not use your hand or wear dirty gloves to hold bulbs. The greasy on your hands will affect the next replacement of each bulb. If the surface of bulb glass
is stained, alcohol, ethylene etc. is necessary to clean. Remount after it completely dries.
3. Cleaning
Use a dust collector or a soft brush to clean the interior ornament parts, plastic parts and the dust on seats frequently. Use a clean and soft cloth dipped with some
alkalescent soap to scrub the surface of vinyl-plastics and leathers, and then dry it with a soft and dry cloth. Read Manufacturer’s Instruction before using any
fiber protective agents, some of which contain chemical agents that will stain or fade the seats.
4. Anti-corrosion measures
(1) Most common causes of vehicle corrosion are:
a. Wet fouling, dust or other things left on platelike or cavernous parts, or other parts of the vehicle.
b. Damages of coatings or their protective coverings done by sandstones hitting or minor accident.
(2) Environmental factors that affects the corrosion rate:
a. Damp
The sand, fouling and moisture accumulated on the lower part of the vehicle will accelerate the corrosion. Under the vehicle floor where accumulates ice and
snow is hard to dry.
b. Relative humidity
The corrosion will speed up under the following conditions: regions of high relative humidity; regions where the temperature is above freezing point; regions
affected by air pollutions; regions where crusted with road salt;
c. Temperature
The elevation of temperature will accelerate the corrosion of parts suffering insufficient ventilation.
d. Air pollution
Industrial pollution, the excessive salt in air and overabundance of road salt in coast areas will speed up the corrosion process of the coatings.
(3). Protect the vehicle from corrosion:
Regularly scrub the vehicle, wax it in order to keep it clean; timely check that the coatings have no any minute damage and if have, repair as soon as possible;
keep drain holes located at the bottom of doors and the rear apron unimpeded against accumulating water; Check the lower part of the body and the inner side of the
trunk; if any sand, fouling or salt exist, wash them out as soon as possible; do not apply water tube to wash out the dust, sands or other things inside the passenger car,
