2. Please go to the authorized sales service store to replace the wiring harness of the controller if there is abrasion.
3. If the car will be parked for a long time, charge and release for a time every week and it will increase the battery life.
4. Have a frequent check of the battery and check whether the installation bolt is loose or not. If yes, screw it up immediately.
During driving:
1) Try to avoid fast turn or sudden brake if possible to avoid out-of-control and roll-over.
2) Overload shall be avoided for it will influence the control of the car, especially when it is climbing on the slope, the motor’s load will increase and the current also
increase which will influence the service life of motor and controller.
3) Extreme crosswind will lead to the driving instability of the car. Cut the speed to reduce the effect.
4) Don’t try to get onto the steep slope by drifting. It will lead to skid or roll-over once it is out of control.
5) Try your best to climb up or down slopes straightly. In case that the motor is out of service, don’t turn the steering wheel; you can apply the reverse gear and step
on the brake, then try to retreat to a safe place slowly.
6) When the road is in a bad situation or is covered with gravels, cut the speed to get through. The speed cutting will avoid roll-over or skipping stones
Equipped with power battery
The car is equipped with road lead-acid battery special for electrical car. The monomer battery specifications are 8V, 135Ah; 8V, 150Ah; 6V, 180Ah. Different Ah
requires different configurations.
When the battery needs replacing, ask the professional maintainer to replace with the same-type battery which has similar power to ensure the compatibility. The
specific maintenance refers to the Maintenance Manual.
Be sure to check whether the battery pile is loose or not. If yes, fasten it immediately. Or it may cause car burning accident.
Car modification:
Car modification will influence the handling, safety or durability of the car or even violate the law.
The damage and problems caused by modification is not warranted by the after-sales service. Besides, modification may also cause out-of-control, car accident or
serious damage of the car body.
Installation & use of the electrical equipment
If you want to install electromagnetic equipment like two-way radio communication devices, mobile phones and computers which will produce strong
electromagnetic wave in the car, you shall consult the dealer because the electromagnetic wave produced by the above equipment may cause bad interference to the
related electrical system.
Warning: Don’t install any other electrical equipment with load of more than the rated load or replace the original design, or it will cause danger. If there is any smell
like burning, please stop the car and inform the nearest dealer for the check of the car. The safe connection of battery’s positive and negative poles will improve the
miles of continuous travel and may reduce the damage to the battery and the entire car. Therefore, check the battery’s positive and negative poles regularly (every 3
months) and tighten the torque (20N.m).
