(6) Lamps
Check the front combined lamps, rear combined lamps, fog lamps, and other lamps work normally and are securely installed, and check headlamp light beam is
aimed. The maintenance mentioned here should be conducted regularly, such as during regular maintenance and vehicle washing and so on.
(7)Warning lights and buzzers
Make sure all warning lights and buzzers work properly.
(8)Wiper and washer
Check wiper and washer are working properly and no scraping abrasions are observed.
(9)Windshield defroster
When using the heater, check the blow air from the defrost outlet is normal and adequate.
(10)Steering wheel
Check if there is any change of the vehicle steering condition, such as free travel is too long, hard for steering or too noisy.
(11)Seat
Check the controlling of seat position, such as seat regulator and tilt devices of the backrests, to ensure smooth operation, and every seat should be firmly locked.
Check that the headrest moves up and down smoothly and if can be safely fixed in all of the lock (such as equipment) positions.
(12)Gas pedal
Make sure the pedal works steady, and check that free travel is normal
(13)Brake
Check whether the vehicle has the problem of braking deviation; if brake linings are excessively worn.
(14)Brake pedal
Check that the pedal works normal and steady and that its free travel is normal, and make sure there should be reserve travel when the pedal is completely
pressed down. Make sure there is some distance between the floor mat and the pedal.
(15)Parking brake
Check that the stroke of parking brake lever is normal, and make sure that the vehicle can be safely parked on steep slopes when only using the parking brake.
