2.7. Adjustment wheel of exhaust valve
With the adjustment wheel of the exhaust valve the opening r.p.m. for the exhaust valve can be
individually adjusted. The standard adjustment is optimum for most conditions and applications,
therefore in most cases need not be modified.
Attention: The adjustment wheel must never be actuated when driving.
Note: The basic setting for the adjustment screw is 3.5 marks (or approx. 5 mm / 0.20 in.)
between exhaust valve cover and collar of the adjustment screw. This is in most
conditions the optimum setting.
