10.1 Introduction to Alarms and Responses
Figure 7 illustrates the alarm sequence. The flow ends when an alarm is acknowledged or is no longer
active.

Responding to alarms can be done over:
• Land line: Via verbal and interactive messaging
• Cellular: Via text messaging
NOTE: Communicator does not support verbal and interactive messaging via cell phones.
