LED Behavior
When both LEDs blink Red alternating like railroad crossing lights, the gateway’s configuration has been
changed and is expecting a reboot.
Green
No messages sent or received.

All TCP Connections are valid and are communicating
to the gateway within the Inactivity Timeout
configured.
Red
1) Data Timeout – No data within Inactivity Timeout.
2) Queue is full and gateway is discarding messages
Red
1) No TCP Devices configured/enabled.
2) No ASCII Devices configured/enabled.
Ethernet cable is unplugged
LED 2 : Allen-Bradley PLC
Green
No Messages have been Received or Transmitted.
Green
Connection to PLC is valid and communication is
good.
Red
Had good connection to PLC but have since lost it.
Red
2) No IP Address entered
Ethernet cable is unplugged
