Argument:

Syntax:
ratelimiter <id> <rate>
Description:
To set access control rule with rate limiter on switch
Argument:
<id> : 1-16
<rate> : 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1000,2000, 4000,8000,
16000,32000,64000,128000,256000,512000,1024000
Possible value:
<id> : 1-16
<rate> : 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1000,2000, 4000,8000,
