6Other user parameters
Array processing methodTwo-way array and one-way array can be selected, which
only works for virtual array. Bidirectional walking array: the array is cut back and forth in
sequence; unidirectional walking array: the array is always cut from one direction to the
other. When a unidirectional array is selected, the motion mode of each array unit is
exactly the same, and the smoothness of the motion is completely the same, but it
takes slightly more time than a bidirectional array. The bidirectional array is selected by
default.
Return position Choice of anchor point and machine origin. This parameter
determines the docking position of the laser head after each work.
Focal lengthThe distance from the focal point of the laser head lens to the origin of
the Z axis. When there is no autofocus function, this parameter is invalid.
Backlash XX-axis backlash. Set this value according to whether the machine actually
has a backlash, it is accurate to 1um, if the value is not zero, the control system will
compensate the backlash.
Backlash YY-axis backlash. Set this value according to whether the machine actually
has a backlash, it is accurate to 1um. If the value is not zero, the control system will
compensate for the backlash.
Blowing methodThe way of the air is blown during processing. Can be configured to
output fire, process gas, and manual gas.
Blow on delayDelay time after turning on air blowing
Blow off delayDelay time before turning off the blow
Origin set when over rangeIf the processing graphics are over the machine size, this
function can automatically set the origin point and make the job work normally.
U axis function configuration The U axis can be configured as a platform, a feed
axis, or a rotation axis.
Manual fast speedSpeed when moving fast.
Manual slow speedThe speed at which the keys move slowly.
