If the XY Axis manual doesn't move on your RuiDa Control Systems, it could be due to several reasons. First, the servo drive might not be wired correctly, so please refer to the user manual for proper wiring. Second, the servo drive parameter settings might be incorrect, so set the parameters correctly according to the servo drive manual. Third, the polarity of the limit might be set incorrectly, causing it to stop, so correctly set the limit polarity. Finally, the servo drive may be generating an alarm, in which case, please restart the servo to cancel the alarm.

What to do if manually moving the Z axis on the RuiDa RDC6563F panel doesn't move the cutting head?
    • T
      Timothy KellyNov 17, 2025
If you manually move the Z axis on the panel of your RuiDa Control Systems and the cutting head doesn't move, there are several potential causes. First, the servo drive might not be wired correctly, so refer to the user manual for proper wiring. Second, the servo drive parameter settings may be incorrect, so set the parameters correctly according to the servo drive manual. Third, the servo drive may not support speed control mode, in which case, please select a drive that supports speed control mode. Fourth, an alarm may have occurred on the Z axis of the main board, causing it to stop, so eliminate alarm faults according to alarm prompts on the panel interface. Finally, the panel might not be connected properly with the mainboard, so check if the panel cable and Z-axis movement can be con...
