3) Punch the second plate and after.
For the second plate
arid
after, punch them following the same steps. Adjust the plate position
by moving the plate slightly based on the magnifying glass position
of
the first plate setting
and punch the plate.
Set the next plate
on
the punch table and contact
the lateral positioning pins on the plate edges lightly.
Align the magnifying glass register mark with the
right side register mark on the plate.
The vertical direction is adjusted by turning the
vertical image micro adjustment knob on the right
side.
The
lateral direction is adjusted
by
turning the
lateral image micro adjustment knob.
Tum
the vertical image micro adjustment knob on
the left side to align the magnifying glass register
mark with the left side register mark
on
the plate.
(Note) Look into the magnifying glass on the right
side again and check that the magnifying
glass register mark is aligned with the plate
register mark.
